Chez Mickey is a Disney Themed, spacious four-bedroom, three-bath executive home that is close to all of Orlando's major Theme Parks.

This home features 2 master suites, a private, fully screened south facing pool and spa, game room and sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests.

Chez Mickey is located in the prestigious Tuscan Ridge subdivision, and is fully furnished, equipped, and decorated to a standard which will please even the most discerning guest.

A special feature of Chez Mickey is the three way split floor plan with two master suites. The fully equipped, spacious kitchen offers granite counters and gas cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances including a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and disposal.

The home offers a living room and separate family room along with informal and formal dining rooms. The family room features a47-inch 3D high definition LCD television set with Blu-Ray DVD player and a selection of DVD's, books and magazines.

The family room sliding doors lead straight out to the sparkling pool. The huge pool deck with hot tub is surrounded by a screened lanai. There are plenty of chaise lounge chairs for sunning and a table and chairs for outside dining at sunset.

Situated off of the foyer, the living room is a second large and comfortable lounge. Beautifully furnished, with its own 32-inch high definition TV and an XBOX 360 game box console, the living room is perfect for relaxing away from the rest of the family - or for having a quiet doze while someone else prepares dinner! The living room features a sleep sofa.

The formal dining room with seating for 8 persons is located near this area. There is plenty of dishware, silverware and utensils to serve dinner to the whole family!

One master bedroom is located at the front of the home and features a king size bed along with an ensuite bath with dual sink vanities, garden tub and separate shower. The rear master bedroom features a queen size bed and adjacent bath with sink vanity, tub and shower. Two additional bedrooms feature two twin beds each and have an adjacent bath.

All bedrooms feature flat screen TV's with cable. High speed wireless internet is supplied throughout the home and local telephone service is available.

The south facing pool is a great advantage once the temperature becomes colder.

Some extras in the vacation home include a crib and high chair for that important extra guest, 3D HDTV, LCD TVs, Blu-Ray DVD Player, XBOX 360 console, high-speed internet access and WIFI plus an outstanding game room with pool/hockey table, ping pong table and football table!
Other things to note

Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location. 4. Pool heat is additional fee if available.The heated Hot Tub is included in the rental of this home. The pool heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by local Service. This will be a self-catering house. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay on the property.
