Welcome to Villa Tuscan Ridge, this stunning, recently renovated 3 bedroom vacation home with den. Villa Tuscan Ridge is located in Tuscan Ridge, a prestigious community of high quality executive and holiday homes. We are twenty minutes from Walt Disney World and thirty minutes from Disney Springs, Prime Outlets and the attractions on International Drive. SeaWorld and Universal Studios are forty-five minutes away and the new LegoLand theme park is about an hour's drive.

At Tuscan Ridge you will be in the peace and quiet of rural Florida yet only a short drive from some of the most famous attractions in the world. Our home is located on a conservation view lot with private pool deck and south facing pool. Located just off of Route 27, we are minutes from a Publix grocery store, CVS drug store and numerous restaurants. Just 4 miles south of the home on Route 27 there is Posner Park, a regional shopping center with Target, Best Buy, Dick's Sporting Goods and other major retailers. Villa Tuscan Ridge is just a few minutes' drive from Highway 192, with its multitude of shops, restaurants and attractions.

Enter Villa Tuscan Ridge and you are surrounded with light and a sunny view of our sparkling pool. The home has been recently painted inside and out and has been refurnished with new furniture. The great room features a nice sitting area and large screen TV. The living area opens onto our private, south facing pool and hot tub with conservation view. The pool and hot tub are encased in a screened lanai and there are plenty of chaise lounges for sunning along with a dining table. Our new interior dining table seats 8 persons with ease. The eat-in kitchen features granite counters and full size appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, gas stove and disposal. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, glassware, silverware and pots and pans. A convenient interior laundry room features a full size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and enclosed bath with double sink granite vanity. There is a garden tub and separate shower. Another bedroom contains a queen size bed, while another bedroom contains two twin beds. Our home features a separate den with sofa bed for additional sleeping capability. All bedrooms feature flat screen TV's with cable TV access and Roku's. The entire home has high speed internet access. Our game room has a ping pong table, dart board and a number of video games for recreation while relaxing from a day at the at the attractions. Tuscan Ridge also offers tennis courts and a fitness center for guest use. Other things to note Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location. 4. Pool heat is additional fee if available.The heated Hot Tub is included in the rental of this home. The pool heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service. This will be a self-catering house. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay on the property.
