This two-story home defines true luxury and is beautifully decorated with a Florida feel. Downstairs you will find a huge living room and dining room that seats 8. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessities to prepare meals and a delightful dining room to enjoy them. The kitchen offers a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Plenty of dishware, glassware, utensils and pots and pans allows for cooking a true family meal.

The large living room has cable TV and a DVD player. A full size sleep sofa is available in the living room. Opening from the dining room is the sunny, screened swimming pool with paver deck, spa and conservation view.

Downstairs, private from the second floor bedrooms, you will find the huge master bedroom with enclosed bath, king sized bed and TV with cable. A convenient powder room and utility room with full size washer and dryer are both located downstairs.

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and two full baths. A good assortment of bed sizes are offered, with one queen bed, one full bed and four twin beds. For your enjoyment and entertainment this home features an inside game room with pool table, air hockey table and TV with cable.

All bedrooms have TV's with cable. Wireless internet is available throughout the home and local telephone service is available. Be sure to schedule a day to stay in and enjoy all that this home has to offer, like the sparkling pool, spa and upstairs game room. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by local Service. 7.Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. This will be a self-catering house.
